Although the first tip is not directly designed for a specific Spa day at home, it can be very useful. Schedule a little time out every day. 30 minutes a day is enough. Get your favorite scent as an oil or scented candle and relax on the sofa with a good book or indulge in a massage again – this time it’s the aroma oil massage. Especially in the cold season, spring and summer scents help you to see the gray everyday life a little more relaxed.

If you are stressed, you can often see this on your skin. For your Spa day at home, we therefore recommend the use of a facial cleanser followed by a body scrub. An excellent tip, which provides relaxation without much effort, is to consciously listen to our surroundings. Every day we are exposed to a permanent background of noise. The brain filters many of these sounds. If you listen specifically to these sounds, you will perceive things that you have never heard before. With a little practice, you can fall into a light trance and let your thoughts wander. For example, consciously pay attention to the ticking of the clock and then digress to other sounds.

Even your grandparents said that fresh air is good for you. So plan a nice walk outside on your spa day at home. Cool, fresh air helps you think clearly again and collect your thoughts. Try to relax while walking and pay attention to your breathing. Take in your surroundings with all your senses.
